The Los Angeles Class nuclear-powered attack submarines USS CINCINNATI (SSN-693) and USS MEMPHIS (SSN-691) display ensigns and union jacks during the commissioning ceremony for their sister ship, the USS SALT LAKE CITY (SSN-716).
